ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH

Life isn't always easy, sometimes we experience problems that can cause us to feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed. Therapy can help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I practice as an integrated person- centered humanistic therapist. Utilising techniques such as CBT, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused, Mindfulness.

Therapy is tailored to each individual, I work online which allows me to offer more flexible appointment times, I work a non-judgemental, collaborative, empathic perspective, empowering clients. Having a background in fitness benefits insight into human behaviour and motivation and how stress and anxiety can impact a persons physical health.

Issues worked with anxiety, chronic pain, grief & loss, self-esteem, stress, motivation, pain, fertility issues, depression, issues related to weight, relationships and confidence
