ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
Life isn't always easy, sometimes we experience problems that can cause us to feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed. Therapy can help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. I practice as an integrated person- centered humanistic therapist. Utilising techniques such as CBT and mindfulness.
Therapy is tailored to each individual; I work online which allows me to offer more flexible appointment times. I believe that therapy should be empowering and offer practical skills for long lasting positive change. I work a non-judgemental, collaborative, empathic perspective, empowering clients.
Experience working with anxiety, grief & loss, self-esteem, stress, motivation, pain, fertility issues, depression, issues related to weight, relationships, chronic pain, weight loss & exercise goals.
