I practice as an integrated person- centered humanistic therapist. Utilising techniques such as CBT, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused, Mindfulness.

Therapy is tailored to each individual, I work online which allows me to offer more flexible appointment times, I work a non-judgemental, collaborative, empathic perspective, empowering clients. Having a background in fitness benefits insight into human behaviour and motivation and how stress and anxiety can impact a persons physical health.
