ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
I have worked as a counsellor since 2009 and gained experience in the areas of adolescent counselling, eating disorders, one to one counselling and couples counselling in my private practice.
I would describe my approach as eclectic as I come from a person centred background but also use a lot of Cognitive Behavioural and Solution Focused techniques as well as Choice Theory. As every person is different the issues each client comes in with are unique to their circumstances, requiring an approach tailored to suit their particular needs. My aim is to provide a safe space in which my clients will be able to work through their individual concerns and/or relationship issues.
