ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
I am a qualified Humanistic Counsellor (BACP registered, MNCS Accred), with further training in Mindfulness based approaches. I provide support for a range of issues including anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-esteem, stress, relationship issues, as well as helping people to overcome life’s difficulties and support personal growth.
There is power in learning to accept ourselves as we are and when we feel heard and understood without any judgment, change occurs. When we are hurting, anxious, uncertain, confused or troubled, understanding is necessary, and to be received with a deep level of empathy provides illumination and healing. I provide a space where you can feel supported and safe to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your experience.
