ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
My approach to therapy is humanistic - I believe that in order to live a fulfilling life we need to honour our true self. I also bring a spiritual dimension to my practice. Most of all I meet my clients where they are. Confidentiality is a hugely important aspect of my work. I used a wide range of frameworks, which I tailor to my clients needs.
I work professionally and gently - always keeping the clients intention for the work at the forefront of my practice.
