ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
If you are asking yourself what is wrong with me that I feel this way?! You are formally diagnosed as the result of dysfunctional feeling, thinking, and behaving? Depression? Personality Disorder? Eating disorder? History of toxic relationships? Panic attack, anxiety attacks? And you are asking yourself when will that end? When will that change? You can end it now and began a new journey 😉 Psychotherapy is an integrative process of experiencing all your senses, emotions, thoughts, and body in a holistic context. As result, you will find your way back home to yourself.
Trust your instincts, if my energy feels right for you 😉 get in touch 😉
About my personal journey 😉
I have 15 years of experience working in Mental Health. I absolutely love what I do and I feel passionate about being with human beings.
For a few years, I have worked in palliative care and learned incredible wisdom, humbleness and joy for life-form those who I supported in the end stages of their lives.
For over 13 years now I have been working in HSE/mental health directly supporting people in their lives who have difficulties with bipolar disorder, personality disorders, down syndrome, autism, Asperger's syndrome and all other so-called mental health diagnoses. The bottom line is that I am using my skills to create individualised 'journeys' to give joy, sense of purpose, meaning and feel fulfilled in their lives.
What have I learned from the people I have the privilege to support along the way?
Empathy, non-judgemental sense of being with other people, humbleness, self-respect of one's own limitations, listening, self-acceptance and mindful joy of being happy in the world.
Along the way, I have realised that I can't learn how to be a psychotherapist from books. The magic of emotional healing is coming from the richness of my life experience. I am bringing a modern twist to my practice. I love creating a balance between a passion for learning and a mission for being with what it means to be a human being.
