ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
My therapeutic approach is holistic and integrative drawing on various evidence-based theories and techniques including Humanistic, Psychodynamic and (CBT) Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. I am passionate about supporting clients to explore, understand and manage their psychological, emotional and relational well-being. I have a specialist interest in supporting those who are primary care givers with a child or family member with additional needs or disability. I also facilitate support groups for Adults with Dyslexia.
