ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
I have been practising for 8 years both in counselling services and in private practice.
My aim is to be as flexible as I can to your needs as a client, as different people need help in different ways. I do not work from a "one size fits all" approach! Some may want to discuss their issues and some may want to use therapy to express their feelings. Some may want a little direction in how they navigate their way through a situation.
Tailoring therapy to your needs requires honest feedback, however, I am aware this may be uncomfortable for some clients. I believe that you are investing both your time and money into our sessions and my aim is for us to work collaboratively in finding what needs to be changed for us to work effectively.
