ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
30 years experience working with a wide range of clients, coming with many different issues including anxiety, relationship difficulties, stress, work & career issues, leadership issues. In addition many hundreds of professionals in the fields of psychotherapy and coaching have attended workshops and trainings which I have led. I work in the humanistic tradition. This means that my work with you is non-judgemental and non-prescriptive. Our work together helps you to gain greater self-awareness, less internal conflict, less anxiety and a greater sense of personal freedom and choice. Psychotherapy can help people with many issues. In addition sometimes coaching can be appropriate. I have practised as a coach trainer and coach for many years and I am a co-director of Coach Institute of Ireland. As well as meeting clients in person, I am also available on skype and zoom.
