INDIVIDUALS (Online): I am a Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Pre Accred). I work from a humanistic and integrative approach. It is always my deepest privilege to be given the chance to support and guide clients during what may be a very difficult time in their lives.
I have worked with all age groups but have a passion for working with young adults, I believe that both this developmental periods can offer up great opportunities for change that will positively impact their future.

I am also a Clinical Nurse Specialist (RPN) and have 20 years experience supporting Children/Adolescents and their families during mental health crisis and recovery. I have worked in Emergency Departments, Acute Inpatient and Community settings as a Mental Health Professional.

GROUP WORK (Online): I currently run Therapeutic Peer Support Groups online for young adults, students and professionals. This is a safe space where I facilitate the group to manage any personal challenges or vulnerabilities that they may be experiencing. We engage in discussion around issues such as anxiety, isolation and loneliness. Here they learn coping skills and I provide psycho education through out the session. We also have some fun and each member gets the chance to be seen and heard. Please get in touch if you would like to join a group.

As a person, I am fun, energetic, caring and engaging. I treat every client as an individual, respecting their personal histories and where they have come from. As a therapist I pride myself on building compassionate therapeutic relationships using a non judgemental approach.
