ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH

I have over 30 years experience in the field both as a practitioner and educator of Psychotherapists / Psychologists. I have an Integrative stance and expect to tailor my approach in the service of what you might need.
I believe in transparency concerning the process of our work and I use the initial session for us to get a sense of what you need from our work together. We mutually consider any practical issues and usually embark on a short series of sessions with regular reviews.
I work with individuals and offer couple work for relational issues.
