ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
My approach is humanistic and person centred; that is the whole person is considered from the perspective of you, the client. He draws upon on a number of different approaches including , Gestalt, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy among others.
What can you as a client expect when attending Paul for psychotherapy? You will meet with Paul for a one-hour appointment on a weekly basis. During these appointments, the conversations and engagement between you and Paul will allow you the opportunity to explore and work through what is going on for you.
This happens in a safe, confidential and supportive space, where Paul offers you genuineness, unconditional positive regard and empathy.
