I am a fully trained and qualified psychotherapist. The approach I use is Integrative, which means I draw on a wide range of approaches including person-centred therapy, gestalt, somatic awareness, psychodynamic and object relations.
The relationship with the client is always at the heart of my practice, so that therapy becomes a safe and trusting space in which the client can open up about their insecurities, hopes and dreams and find a place where they can really be themselves.
