ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
Alison Fagan is a psychotherapist and co-founder of LibertyGoldsmith Psychotherapy.
Her work centres on helping people build stronger, more compassionate relationships — both with themselves and others. Alison has a particular interest in trauma, eating disorders, and relational difficulties, drawing from attachment theory, psychodynamic principles, and relational life therapy.
She works from both a trauma informed model as well as a relational model with individuals and couples to explore how early experiences shape current patterns of self-esteem, communication, and connection. Through this process, Alison supports her clients in developing boundaries that protect without disconnecting, and self-regard that allows for deeper intimacy and growth.
She is a pre-accredited member of IACP.
