15.2 If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Irish law. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Heartland Activities Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused as a result of any inaccuracy or error within its website pages.
