ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
My approach integrates elements from many different schools of psychotherapy and my therapeutic frameworks include Person Centred, Psychodynamics, Gestalt, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, ACT, Emotionally Focussed Therapy and Mindfulness. I work with Individuals, Couples, Siblings and Families and believe that it is within the Therapeutic Relationship itself that lasting positive change and healing happens.
I believe that the quality of our life is determined by the quality of our relationships and work extensively within relationship and family dynamics to help clients to discover the vital tools and resources to aid in capturing lasting vitality in their relationships. When working with Couples, I excel in conflict resolution, issues with communication, sexual and intimacy problems and challenges with co- parenting.
