ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
I discovered the positive impacts of counselling when struggling with anxiety and low mood as a teenager. I found it so helpful that later I decided to train as a counsellor to support others especially when going through difficult patches. I aim to provide a safe and non-judgemental space to talk through issues and help you explore ways of managing and finding solutions. I use an integrative therapeutic approach to suit each clients individual needs.
