ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
My therapeutic approach is Humanistic and Integrative and is also influenced by Person Centred and Psychodynamic ideologies.
I have considerable experience in dealing with a broad range of issues through Private Practice, Organisational support and EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) provision.
In addition, I lecture part time in Counselling and Psychotherapy at both undergrad and post graduate level.
I hold a firm belief and trust in the innate capacity we all have to overcome difficulty, build resilience, and continue to grow and thrive throughout our lifetime.
I am a fully accredited Psychotherapist with IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I hold an MSc (Hons) in Psychotherapy Studies from University of Sheffield where my Dissertation focused on the Impact of Social Media on Social Isolation in Adolescence.

 I work with Adults.
