ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
My therapeutic approach is Humanistic and Integrative and is also influenced by Person Centred and Psychodynamic ideologies.
I am experienced in dealing with a broad range of issues through Private Practice, EAP provision and Voluntary/Low Cost Counselling. I have a firm belief and trust in the innate capacity we all hold to overcome difficulty, build resilience, and continue to grow throughout our lifetime.
I am a graduate of the Tivoli Institute, Dun Laoghaire and also hold an MSc (Hons) in Psychotherapy Studies from University of Sheffield where my final Dissertation focused on the Impact of Social Media on Social Isolation in Adolescence.
