ABOUT ME & MY APPROACH
I trained integratively and work to facilitate and encourage the discovery and self exploration that happens within and as a result of the therapeutic relationship.
I offer skilled and professional psychotherapy in areas my clients find challenging in their lives.
My therapeutic orientation is primarily Person-Centred, however as I'm trained integratively I am able to move in and out of different approaches that best suit my client.
By using an integrative approach it is ensured that the focus is on the individual as a whole and therapy can therefore be tailor made to suit each individual client's needs.
Since the pandemic, due to the high demand and extended waiting lists, I have been primarily focusing on providing mental health services to children and teens (ages 6-18). For this reason, I only have a limited number of spaces available to see adults at this time. I unfortunately do not offer online sessions to under 18's, these sessions are conducted face to face only.
